Principles and reasons
The Company realizes the importance of protecting personal data, which is an important fundamental right to privacy that must be protected by law. The Company has prepared this Privacy Notice as a principle for protecting personal data of data owners who have disclosed to the Company.
The Company would like to recommend that data owners understand this Notice, which explains how the Company treats personal data of data owners, including the rights of data owners. The important contents are as follows:
Define
"Announce" mean This Privacy Notice, including any amendments and subsequent updates.
"Company" mean Jinpao Precision Industry Co.,Ltd.
“Personal information” mean Information about an individual that allows that individual to be identified, either directly or indirectly, such as name, surname, email, address, phone number, picture, cookie usage information, etc.
“Personal Data Owner” mean The person to whom the personal data refers.

"The Act" mean Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562

This Announcement applies to the persons to whom the personal data is referred and/or any persons who have disclosed personal data to the Company, including the Company’s board of directors, executives, employees at all levels of the Company, and business partners of the Company, as well as to persons who have activities related to personal data with the Company.

The Company will collect, use, or disclose personal data in a limited manner, in accordance with the purposes and scope that are lawful, necessary, and fair. The protection of such personal data will include, but not be limited to, the following information:

Data subjects have the right to consent or not to consent or revoke their consent, the right to request access to their personal data, the right to request the transfer of their personal data, the right to object to the collection, use or disclosure of their personal data, the right to request the deletion or destruction or anonymization of their personal data, as detailed in Section 7.
4. Purpose of collecting, using, processing and disclosing personal data
The Company will collect, use, process or disclose personal data in a limited manner as necessary for sustainable and fair business operations, taking into account personal freedom and security in the appropriate and adequate storage of personal data. The Company will not collect, use, process or disclose personal data, unless such action is based on the following objectives:

5. Disclosure of your personal data
The Company will not disclose such collected personal data without prior or at that time consent from the owner of the personal data, except for the disclosure of information in the following cases:
5.1 Subsidiaries in the Company's business group may include directors, executives, employees, employees, contractors of such subsidiaries.

7.1 Right to withdraw consent Data owners have the right to withdraw the consent they have given to the Company for as long as their personal data is still with the Company.
7.2 Right to access and request a copy of their personal data (Right of access) Data owners have the right to access their personal data and request the Company to make a copy of such personal data, including requesting the Company to disclose the acquisition of personal data that the data owner has not given consent to the Company.
7.3 Right to request, send or transfer personal data (Right to data portability) Data owners have the right to request that their personal data provided to the Company be sent or transferred to another data controller or to the data owner themselves.
7.4 Right to object to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data (Right to object) Data owners have the right to object to the collection, use, processing or disclosure of personal data if they believe it is incorrect. Appropriate or fair
7.5 Right to rectification of personal data The owner of personal data has the right to request the company to rectify the data to make it current, correct or complete.
7.6 Right to erasure of personal data The owner of personal data has the right to request the company to delete or destroy their personal data or make their personal data unidentifiable because they do not have the authority to collect it or because it is no longer necessary.
7.7 Right to restriction of processing The owner of personal data has the right to restrict the use of their personal data because it is under investigation or because it is no longer necessary.
When the Act comes into force in its entirety, from the expiration of the Royal Decree specifying agencies and businesses that are not subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (No. 2) B.E. 2564, the owner of personal data can contact to exercise their rights through the channels specified by the company.
8. Period for storing personal data
The company will collect personal data within the period necessary to carry out the purposes according to Section 4 of this Privacy Notice. The Company will consider only the necessity and appropriateness, except for collections stipulated by relevant laws.
9. Changes to the Announcement
The Company may review the Announcement to comply with the Act, Ministerial Regulations, Announcements, Guidelines and other relevant criteria. If the Company changes the Announcement, the Company will notify you by posting on the Company's website. If there is a conflict between the original Announcement, the new Announcement shall be the main one. If this Announcement does not cover what the Ministerial Regulations or Announcements to be issued later under the Act, the Ministerial Regulations or Announcements shall be applied as if they were part of this Announcement.
